Standard Features
- CNC processing center can do all operations on PVC profiles such as cutting, marking, opening key holes, copy routing for water slot milling, hinge holes, handle holes etc.
- Cutting at fixed angles of 45-90-135 degrees with 0.1 degree precision, with saw diameter of 500 mm at 45-135 degrees, and 550 mm at 90 degrees.
- Milling with 2 high-speed special design air-cooled 0.75 Kw spindles.
- Sizing and milling operations on profile can be performed at the cutting station and milling station.
- With the processed profile, 5 pieces can be loaded on the machine. (Max.length 6.5 m)
- Private HMI software developed by Schtec Software Departmant allows different kinds of window design program data files to be uploaded on machine.
- All alarms and machine faults are simultaneously displayed on screen along with solutions
- 15” Touch Screen and high performance industrial PC with Windows 10 Embedded system. This system can operate fanless between 0°C and 55°C.
